Outdoor barbecue and picnic area for cookouts. Sand Dollar offers private Gulf Front balconies, each with it's own special view of the Gulf of Mexico. Additionally, Sand Dollar has Condos with Gulf View and Side View balconies which are rented at 10% off the regular rates. Two bedroom condos have one Queen and two double beds.
