All Rooms are Subject to a 13% tax. |
| Damage Waiver |
Guests are required to post a damage deposit of $250.00 upon arrival on a major credit card or $1,000 in cash which will be returned 30 days after departure if no damage occurs. |
| Pool Heating |
Private pools or Executive pools can be heated for $35.00 plus 7% tax a day payable at check in. This must be requested at time of booking. |
| Minimum Stay |
4 Nights minimum stay are required in low season, and 7 nights are required in high season. Stays of less than 5 nights are subject to a cleaning fee of $75.00 plus 7% tax . |
| Check-in/Out |
Check-in is at 4:00 PM, Check-out is 10:00 AM. Early Check-In and late check-out is available with prior arrangement and a $75.00 fee. |
